In principle, a nail drill, which is sometimes also called a nail sander, is used to sand the fingernails of the hands and feet. A distinction is made between the manual or pneumatic model and the electric model.
As the name suggests, the manual model is used manually, which may require more effort for sanding. Similarly, this type of manual equipment only allows sanding, and this, with a lack of precision.
The electric model is the most used in nail and pedicure salons. It takes the form of a pen or a felt tip equipped with a motor, a rotating cutter on which a tip is installed.
